Host Support
A number of third-party vendors produce single-board computers (SBCs) that incorporate bus interfaces (VMEbus, PCI, cPCI), I/O options, processors, operating systems, and other configuration options. Mercury provides three levels of support for these hosts. The Standard Host Platform Support Policy Data Sheet provides an overview of Mercury's support levels for SBCs.

The MC/OS Certified™ Host Program
Provides for the validation of single-board computer products from third-party vendors for use as host processors in RACE and RACE++ Series systems. Customers can select pre-certified SBCs, or contract for testing and porting of other SBC products by Mercury. The MC/OS Certified host configurations are defined in the MC/OS Certified Hosts Table. These hosts are tested through the same SQA testing infrastructure as our AAA hosts, except that MC/OS Certified support is initiated by vendors and/or customers through a contract.
